  • How long should my water heater last?
Most traditional tank water heaters last between 8 and 12 years, sometimes longer when used with a functioning water softener.
  • Why does it take so long to get hot water to my upstairs faucets?
This is usually due to the plumbing in your home. When the hot water leaves the tank of the water heater, it has to travel through the piping to reach the faucet. If you have a larger home, sometimes it can take longer for the hot water to arrive.
  • What are the signs that my water heater is going out?
There are many signs that your water heater is going to fail. Some warning signs include water leaking from the heating tank, running out of hot water quickly, the age of your water heater, inconsistent water temperature in the shower, and unusual noises coming from your water heater.  If you notice any of these issues, please contact our team today.
  • I think I have a leak. What do I do?
If you think you have an emergency plumbing leak, you will need to locate the water source shutoff valve to stop the flow of water. Please contact a licensed plumber immediately to repair the leak.
